- An ethical consideration that should be taken every time is working with layers. This is a non destructive way because you are not working directly on the picture, so you can change anything at any point in time.
2. Give an example of a positive use of photo retouching and a negative use of photo retouching.
- a positive example is fixing blemishes such as pimples scars, or red marks. a negative way would be changing how a person looks such as making someone look skinnier or different color hair or skin tone.
3. Has learning retouching processes caused you to look at advertisements, magazine images and other published photos of celebrities and models differently? In what ways?
- yes it definitely has. i know that there is no possible way someone could look perfect. the models that are in those ads maybe are not even a fraction of how they look in the ads, with all the work in the process anyone can look incredibly beautiful.
